It’s been a busy and exciting year for the team at Richard Riley & Associates! From charity adventures to team growth and new opportunities, 2025 has been full of memorable moments. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights.
Richard’s Adventures with Kith & Kids
This year, Richard continued his incredible work with Kith & Kids, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities or autism and their families. One of the highlights was a week in Athens, where he joined 12 volunteers and 3 coordinators to support 13 members on a cultural adventure filled with history, sunshine, and laughter.
Later in the year, Richard also took part in a residential weekend in Cromer, enjoying fresh air, garden games, a ghost tour, and campfires under the stars. These trips are a team effort, giving members independence and creating precious memories, while providing families with some much-needed respite. Richard always comes back inspired and grateful for the opportunity to be involved.
Welcoming Nutshell Accounts
We’ve loved getting to know the Nutshell team and meeting their clients this year. Bringing them into the Richard Riley & Associates family means we can combine experience, knowledge, and friendly service to support even more small businesses. Existing Nutshell clients have continued to work with the same familiar faces, now with the backing of a larger team.
New Faces, New Spaces
With our growing team, we’ve moved into new serviced offices, giving us more space to work, collaborate, and continue providing excellent support to our clients. It’s been great settling into the new space, and we’re looking forward to celebrating together with some team socials in the year ahead.
Investing in the Future: Our Apprenticeship Scheme
This year, we were really excited to introduce our Apprenticeship Scheme. Working with our first apprentices has been fantastic – they bring energy, fresh ideas, and a real passion for learning. We’re looking forward to welcoming more apprentices in 2026 and helping them develop their careers in accounting while adding even more value to our team.
